The first seemed DOA. Plugging into the two adjacent USB-C ports on the MacBook Pro 16 was awkward, they didn't close snugly but protruded slightly. With the SD card inserted, the device had to be shaken to connect. The battery icon in the main menu was sometimes green with a lightning bolt and sometimes just white. Sent back for exchange. The second block: the inserted SD card did not even cause a message about the impossibility of reading. Disk Utility and TechTool Pro did not recognize its existence. Sent back for a refund. Bought another brand that worked right away.
