To be honest I was expecting to return them as they cost about two dollars each. However these socks are just as good as the more expensive ones and I like that they are not as long as the others we have. Walk and hike at least five miles a day wherever we are. It's unisex. The bushes and I just tried them on and they fit perfectly. We ordered size L/XL - I have a shoe size 10M and he has a size 11.5M. The toe box is loose, which is to be expected with good compression stockings, and the top band sits snugly and flat on the foot. We used to use compression stockings for the calves, but socks fit better. You're in the wash as I write this review and I'll let you know if washing and drying changes shape and/or performance. Otherwise, feel free to order them if you are looking for good compression stockings.
