When I found that my old (probably 5 year old) Cuisinart was becoming unreliable (the handle didn't always click when pressed) I started reading the reviews. Lemons seem to be the norm (probably because people who get a good product don't bother to write a review, and people who get a bad product can't wait to tell the world about it). This toaster had the fewest negative reviews. It roasts evenly, looks great, looks built to last and comes with a 3 year guarantee. The price is low. So far, so good. I am happy with my purchase. Will I feel the same in 2 or 3 years? The time will show.
