Ordered for my birthday. Drone arrived on time. Out of excitement, we ventured without delving into any basics. Zzzooooom, fell into the top of a tree. Didn't stop, didn't shut down. I managed to climb a tree and pull out the battery to stop. When we started it, the propeller was broken, the engine was out of place and looked in poor shape. We were very disappointed when we crashed it before the birthday. I wrote to customer service to explain the problem, they asked for photos for details. We sent photos. They asked for more details. After losing hope and preparing for voiding the warranty, we decided to try it ourselves. Of course, when we opened the drone, the propeller was badly damaged as it was hanging on a branch for almost 5 minutes, but fortunately the motor was not damaged. Only the screws have come loose. We repaired it again and replaced the prop with a spare set. This time we carefully studied the instructions and took off. The flight was smooth, the handling is excellent! We love it. The photos as you can see from my exchange are amazing. Videos are even better. Now we're kind of experts, flying centimeters off the ground, flying through forests, flying low over bodies of water, rotating the aiming point and so on. I am planning to buy an advanced model for my son as he plans to get a drone pilot's license. Update 11/02/2020: Please do not use in windy conditions, otherwise it will get out of control and may get stuck. between the trees. Mine is stuck in a very tall tree!
