Customer service no longer working. Watch is fine but battery is low

Was working great until it needed a charge. The first charge took about 8 hours, the second charge took over 12 hours and after that it just wouldn't charge anymore. Contacted Lige customer support and did not respond to any of the three attempts, each with a full week difference. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN
