quality differs from the OEM. The plastic on the outside is adequate, however some parts are flimsy but work as intended. Installation was easy, light output was great, and you can always upgrade if you're not happy with the LEDs or HID. It comes with its own wiring harness which you don't need as the Mazda 6 has its own wiring harness. You only need to install/upgrade the relevant switch in the vehicle, which is not supplied with this product. I've never used the pendant so I can't comment on its characteristics other than it looks average to good quality. Otherwise, I still like the silver finish, which looks great on my pearl white paint job.
