Stamp dried out in my review

This is a decent product for the rice, nice dark black color, but the stamp dried out too quickly! I only used the stamp 2 maybe 3 times and it dried out rendering the stamp part useless.too bad because the stamp was great. I purchased off a review that Angie Hot & Flashy did, she used it so easily!
