Work great and very bright
Bright and effective on the back of my golf / utility cart. I have bright White LED headlights facing forward and two high red mounted LED tail lights facing rearward. This little flashing LED strobe got mounted between them. I added a simple single pull switch to turn it off and on. There is no need for a Red LED strobe flashing when's roaming in the yard.For night use you do need to reduce the brightness to prevent blinding people. Just connect the blue wire to cut the power by half. You could add another switch. I chose to hardwire the power reduction.
- I used these for an operator alert device,they are plenty bright enough for this application.
- Can be easily stolen if left exposed
