Incredibly durable: Electronics

I have a different brand bike mount and it's CHEAP and I'm worried about using it. It even has a silicone strap that attaches to the corners of the phone for extra security. All of this and I'm still scared that my phone will fall out while driving, plus it just shakes really badly. This mount is not much more expensive and much better. The build quality of this mount is solid. There are metal parts, which speaks for the quality. I was rightfully impressed with the handlebar mounts, as well as the grip and security on the business end of this product, the phone mount. I have complete confidence that this mount will hold my phone in place when properly adjusted. You must adjust the mount to your phone's geometry, otherwise the top or bottom may have slack to make your phone less secure. It's not hard to do, but know that the perfect fit is achievable. The next paragraph shows how this works. I have been using an iPhone XR and found that the bottom of the grip needs some adjustment. There are these super little notches/prongs that you can use to adjust the width of the bottom of the mount. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to make adjustments. For me an adjustment was needed because if the bottom corner of the mount is too narrow and starts bumping against the phone when tightened, the top of the mount won't necessarily fit into the top of the phone. By adjusting the bottom width, I was able to achieve a more snug fit on my iPhone. Conversely, if your phone is really tall versus too wide, the top bracket will press against the top of the phone, leaving the bottom brackets slack. / I don't feel comfortable on the phone. With my Samsung S21 Ultra, which is quite tall, I actually had to reduce the width by 3 notches compared to my iPhone XR, although the S21 Ultra is slightly wider and larger overall. namesake, dampening vibes. This is not the stability of the quality of the gyroscope, but it is noticeable. My phone still vibrates a little, but not much. Vibrations aside, the mount holding my phone wobbles briefly like a bobblehead over big bumps. This bouncing is due to the damper being flexible. I would buy it again as it has solid build quality and a great price. I also feel confident after making some changes to protect my phone.
