I love this chair and don't want to leave it :) I ordered this chair because I have lower back problems and I need surgery soon. After seeing the video, I ordered a chair. It was very easy to assemble and looked very small at first glance. My husband has a full-fledged office chair, and next to him this chair looked like a child's chair. However, don't let the size fool you. Because of the extra pillow that moves with you, you'll need to push your buttocks all the way forward and sit up straight, and you'll find that this is the perfect size if you're short like me (5ft 4in). It didn't take me long to get used to the chair's tilt and movement, in fact I liked it immediately. This is the best support chair I've tried, but the brown chair seems to be the smallest. First I had black in the basket, and then I noticed a size difference. The seat cushion is 16 inches deep overall, which again feels short, but since you really need to recline, it's perfect for my "short" legs. I would only wish for an improvement in the armrests. They appear short and too wide, even though they are adjustable. Hope that helps.
