Review on I Digital HR by Carlos Massey

The most helpful part of this software program has to be its ability for me, as an employer/recruiter (HR), not only see what candidates are applying but also receive instant notifications when they apply or update their resume with changes in format etc.. This makes it so much easier than searching through resumes one at-a time looking up information about each candidate myself because there's no way that would take very long!! Not all employers have access yet however we're hoping more will come online soon enough. It really helps us keep track if who applied from where which city how many times was hired by another recruitor -etc--.
