I really like this watch. The look, feel, features and battery life were fantastic. But after 2 weeks it stopped loading. It comes with a round magnetic charger that sits on the back of the watch for charging. The watch has four metal connectors and the charger has four metal pins that connect to the watch. I charged it 3 times while I had it and it worked fine. When I connected the watch to the charger for the fourth time, nothing happened. I checked online and there were several other complaints about the same issue. Some solved my problem by resetting the watch, others cleaned the back of the watch and 4 pins on the charger. I've tried both and it didn't work for me. I contacted Mobvoi support. They asked for information on the issues I was having and then asked for information on purchasing. A few days later they sent me a return label and told me to send the watch back for a refund. I packed the watch, sent it back and got my money back within 1 day of receiving the watch. The strange thing is that they never offered another watch, never offered to send a new charger (I thought the charger was bad). Just one return is everything. Something makes me wonder if this is a serious problem. Update: I was contacted again by Mobvoi customer service. They said they regret not offering a new watch/charger. There was some internal confusion on their side and they said the typical policy is that we return the defective watch and send another one upon receipt. Customer service was responsive in every way when I contacted them. They said I could buy another watch for 10% off (-$25) or another watch at regular price and they would add an extra charging station for free. If one of your solutions is to send me a free charger, they obviously know there is a problem with their docks. Why would I buy another watch when there's a good chance the charger(s) will fail again and probably be out of warranty at that point? As I said at the beginning, I wanted this watch. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the design or quality of the chargers.
