As a 70 year old with red scaly patches especially on my nose, I was surprised to find this product significantly reduced both and restored my skin a little to normal. . After washing, I immediately apply hyaluronic acid, let it dry for a few minutes, then apply squalane. I started using hyaluronic acid along with this company's squalane every morning about 1 year ago and I can say my skin has gotten a lot better. Now I advise my wife to use it on damaged skin of the lower leg. We plan to take before and after photos and see if this mode affects this application. Highly recommended, reasonable price.
