Review on BizProspex CRM Cleaning by Paul Varnado

I love how easy it is for our team members to access this software through their cell phones or computers so they can work from anywhere! It also helps us keep track of who has been in contact with whom throughout the day without having to rely entirely upon handwritten notes.

There are some small glitches that need ironed out but overall very good product!! We have not found anything yet we dislike about the program. The only thing i would say could be improved was if there were more options available when creating new contacts within the system as you cannot always pick what type of relationship you want the customer to receive once he/she logs into the account via mobile device. This allows me to make sure everyone gets updated whenever an event occurs which leads to increased efficiency.
