I have a small motorhome and I always have trouble finding enough sockets for all my accessories. This gadget fits perfectly! I love the fact that it has three standard cigarette lighter sockets for traditional "car" devices like speed camera detectors, GPS, car vacuum cleaners, etc. as well as four USB ports for devices like iPad, phone, etc. etc. I hooked it up to my RV's electrical system so it was always handy. The switch on the side disables the USB ports, but doesn't disable the 12V outputs. Perhaps it would be an improvement if it did? I have an ambivalent attitude towards this topic. The fact that it also has a digital voltage display is a huge bonus. I love it so much on my RV's dashboard that I bought a second one for the back of the RV for all the electrical equipment out there. The fast charge port supports my Samsung phone, so it's a real boon. Overall, I am very satisfied with this device and can only recommend it.
