Review on Mishimoto MMSK-WH Weighted Shift Knob: Enhanced Shift Control and Style by Brian Wolf

I love the look of this product but have moved on from a larger aluminum and carbon fiber gear knob that really filled my hand. It's very narrow, which can be a problem for riders with large hands. I'll leave it now as I like its weight. It wasn't as low down as the last shift knob either, so I had to remove the shift boot and adjust it higher. I have mine in gunmetal and the finish is nice and shiny but very difficult to keep clean as it shows fingerprints or dirt. This weighted metal is also obviously very dense and will absorb any heat or cold depending on the weather you live in, so keep that in mind. I wouldn't use this if I live in a hot/sunny area or a frosty area. Overall quality seems great, although I didn't need to use adapters for my particular car model and have heard that could be an issue.
