My dog Boo is a nest dog. In his quest to make himself the snuggest nest, he tore up some very good (and expensive) sheets and quilts. He really had a nice warm fluffy blanket. But my youngest stole it every time I washed it. So I decided to buy him a new blanket. the durability of this blanket. I'm not a fan of stitching around the edges. Things like this have been known to fall apart after multiple washes. It has some kind of weird crumpled layer on the inside that will hopefully keep my youngest from stealing. I didn't want to spend €20 on a dog blanket either. What is important to me is not what is important to the recipient. He fucking LOVES this blanket. He's warm and cozy like Boo. I no longer worry about him tearing my sheets. Gone are the nights when Pirate Boo stole my blanket while I'm sleeping (or even before I go to bed). I simply place his blanket on top and he uses the claws on his paws to place this blanket right into Boo's nest before snuggling up to give me a cuddle and a hug. Ultimately, this makes this blanket a gift for both of us. If your dog is a jack and/or a pirate like Boo. Just take this blanket. Your dog (and your bedding) will thank you ❤️
