Delivery without instructions. The website is a joke and no support can be found. Too bad. Looks good and if it worked we might have bought hundreds of these. I am updating my review as I ordered a replacement which came with the manual! As long as you have the instructions, it works great! I'm actually very satisfied! It looks beautiful, reads barcodes fast and most importantly it reads PDF417 barcodes with high density! It also supports configuration as a virtual port on Windows 10, allowing dedicated software to monitor data received from the reader. all look the same but this one doesn't read High Density 417 and many others!
