Nobody likes to eat crows and admits they're wrong, but I will. I was trying to assemble this and I couldn't get some of the slots to match. I tried, my mom tried, my dad tried. Neither of us could figure it out and we tried everything, or so we thought. I left a bad review and asked for a refund. The seller sent me a very polite email explaining why I couldn't assemble the parts. They even included pictures of instructions emphasizing what they were talking about, which was very helpful as I'm a visual learner. They were very helpful and more importantly absolutely correct. I'm so glad they achieved it and happy to keep going. I will definitely be more careful when assembling. Don't try to rush it. Enjoy and take care.
