The features and design are quite attractive to young children and assembly is quick BUT. quality is so bad. Our packaging was damaged upon arrival (a large 4-6 inch hole in the side of the box) and some items were missing (milk carton, some plates) and others were broken due to poor packaging, handling or simply poor quality. Part of the upstairs frame is broken, the pre-installed label is embossed in two places, and the toilet will not reset when the flush button is pressed. So you have to remove the whole part and manually push the lever back. The packing bags inside the box containing the parts showed signs of being opened, and the box had "extra" tape on all edges, making it look like it had been opened before. Indeed, the plastic of the toy is not strong enough to withstand the force required to assemble it and care must be taken not to break the clips. I saw a loose clip in the package but couldn't find the part it came with so I think our return was reassembled from different boxes so things were packed and lost and damaged. I really don't like the idea of returning ONE great gift that my girls were dying to play with, but as this item is no longer made I've read that the manufacturer can't send a replacement part or sticker. I'm not sure yet if I'll get it back. Part of me says they'll love it broken or not, but I spent a few dollars on this item and shouldn't feel like it came out of a dollar store container. If they're shipping it in a manufacturer's box, they need to make sure that the box and the way the item is packaged can withstand the kind of abuse that shipping companies claim. To be honest this toy is a monster and the instructions are terrible. TERRIBLE. If you go to the video tutorial to put it together, you skip a lot of the steps. Paper instructions skip the same steps. Big failure here. Really huge.
