I love these boots and so does my son. Why 4 stars? Because they have the TERRIBLE sweet smell! It's a mixture of gum and strawberries and doesn't wash off. They were packed in a Best Buy box with other products and everything smells like that sweet smell. Pooh! We put shoes in the lobby and that's the only thing you can smell. My son wears them often and even after a few weeks the smell doesn't go away. Why are they like this? Who decided they had to look like a candy store to be appealing to kids? Why ruin good shoes?
