Apparently the vinyl has a plastic sheet on the back which they don't mention. Not only did my blade not cut all the way through the vinyl and wasted the entire sheet, it ruined the blade. I can't tell you if it's usable because I can't use it now and can't cut another piece! Remove the plastic before use, otherwise you will regret it!
