Review on The Hoffman Agency by Chris Anderson

They are highly knowledgeable about what is happening with their technology clients all over town- not simply local! While they know so much that helps them be able solve problems well beyond just one product or service line there isn't any sense though out lack of direction/planning process. Need more time than I'd like from day 1; maybe this will improve as they become familiarized? Have gone through 3 separate account managers but each has been very helpful at different times given our needs have changed during implementation phase. We solved an operational problem (that we lacked expertise) around email compliance standards when it was decided by management after several months into engagement on new ERP upgrade - very happy with results. I have worked with this agency for over 10 years! They are always there when you need them and they are very professional. I can't think of anything that would make me unhappy about working with them. If you want an agency that will go above and beyond for you, this is it. They know their stuff, and they don't mind going the extra mile. I highly recommend this agency. We have been able to build our business by leaps and bounds since we started working with them.
