One of these solar panels burned my expensive Arlo Ultra camera. As soon as the connector snapped into place magnetically on my camera, a brief puff of smoke came out of the camera. At first I thought it was dust or something where I put it to check charging but then it stopped working. I turned the camera off and on again. Disconnected solar panel charging cable, not working. A standard charging cable connected does not work. The next day I tried again and it worked for a short time, a few minutes, and then stopped. This leads me to believe that the capacitors could be blown out of this solar panel. I contacted support and they offered to replace the solar panels, not my camera! I had to ask them if they wanted to make sure their product was defective and then was told to ship it. don't try again. And I have very little confidence that they will replace my burnt out Arlo camera. So I have to get her back and keep fighting to make things right. I understand a faulty product but not their terrible customer service. If a company's product damages the device it was made for, I would expect them to fix the situation in some way. This is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything online and the biggest loss I have to endure because they are now ignoring me. These cameras are priced at $350 each. Worst experience ever. Nobody deserves to be ignored.
