Quality product from the manufacturer

The cable allows specific frequencies to be flashed and downloaded to the radio. I would give tech support 6 stars if I could. very helpful and friendly. They walked me through the process step by step only for me to find out I had a faulty device (not hers but mine!). When I removed it everything worked as it should. The problem was mine. Great support!
