The ability to have all of your legal needs covered by one organisation, which also has an excellent reputation for quality advice - this really helps when you are looking at something as complex as tax or employment issues! I would like more detail in terms of how much time we spend waiting around (and therefore billable) versus actually working/producing work product etc.

It can be difficult to track where our priorities lie within NRF but it does help that they offer so many different areas across their practice; however there isn't always enough focus placed upon certain aspects such as compliance / data protection.
