These wipes are quite damp in my opinion and clean the face without leaving any soapy residue. I use it to cleanse my entire face and I don't wear a lot of eye makeup. However, my daughter, who mainly uses them to remove eye makeup, says they are not moisturizing enough and are rough on the skin around her eyes. I am not a fake profile and I have not been compensated for any reviews.
