I was dying to use this new keyboard and trackpad but unfortunately it doesn't support bluetooth. Everything is fine while I'm using it, but when the iPad or keyboard goes to sleep, after waking up, the Bluetooth connection isn't active and can't connect. I've tried many different things but I can't solve the problem. I sent it back and the replacement does the same. Unfortunately, the return period has already expired and the second one cannot be returned. I did a little research and found that some third-party Bluetooth devices have this issue with iOS products. The only way to reconnect is to restart the iPad. Very uncomfortable. If anyone has a solution for this, please let me know. In addition, there is no support from the manufacturer. I have tried both email and their website. No Answer. If you bought this keyboard and it breaks, get your money back and move on or you will be stuck with a bad product.
