Review on Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone White (WIC400/W) by Fuji Kristiana Ana ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing unusual, a normal product.

For the first three months after purchasing these headphones, I was utterly delighted with them. Then one of the ears failed. Then it started. Service providers reject handling earplugs. I used Sennheiser headphones as donors and took them to the repair shop to have the headphones re-solder since I truly enjoyed the autonomy time. I was happy for three more months when the soldering became intolerable due to winter clothing and personal excesses. Generally speaking, I probably wouldn't advise purchasing headphones at this price that will last for several months.

Pros
  • Generally speaking, I took it and didn't lose it due to the lengthy workday; it was sufficient for 2 days of use at home and at work.
Cons
  • The Sony model's lowest plugs, which cost $10, are by far its largest flaw; three months after being worn, one earphone ceased working. Simple rubber bands are not appropriate for everyone; Sennheisers offer a better product (there were wired plugs from them for convenience comparison). No Sony service facility will ever fix the plugs. In a typical panel apartment, the signal precisely vanishes across three walls (from one room to the kitchen, for example)
