I like that you can create different types of tours, it's very easy to use and navigate through the tour. You can also easily add other people into the tour, which is great for when you're having a hard time figuring out how to get from point A to B. There are some glitches with the website, but they are working on those. It would be nice if there was an option to have more than one person in the tour at once. The best thing about this software is that you can make a virtual tour without hiring someone else to do it. This makes it so much easier to schedule and plan a tour because you don't have to rely on someone else.
