We were delighted to receive this product for our trip to Disney World. We have three different devices similar to this type (on the neck) from different manufacturers. This unit was by far the worst performance of all. Very bad air circulation. I mean REALLY bad. Even at the highest settings. Virtually useless outdoors or in any heat. The other two units were excellent and effectively cooled. It's not about the manufacturer, it's about the design. To be a bit quieter (not necessary if you go outside) they've reduced the airflow. Avoid coolers with this design and instead focus on devices with much wider neck bars and adjustable necks that stay fixed in whatever position you bend them, rather than springing back. Not recommended.
