I'm so amazed by all the positive reviews for this product. I would not recommend it to anyone. It was such a nightmare to install. First, everyone says how detailed the instructions are, but in reality they aren't. It does not specify the size of the nail, nor the size of the hole to be drilled to insert the butterfly. So we just had to guess how big the hole should be and both butterflies we unscrewed are broken! We didn't want to drill any more holes and mess up my wall as the two holes we drilled had broken parts of a butterfly. We had to buy our own metal butterflies which came in easily (picture included). I wouldn't recommend the included butterflies, they break so easily. Save yourself the headache and get other shelves.
