Very disappointed in them, especially considering the price. Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are considering buying them: 1. Syncing with an iPhone or iPad is problematic. Several times I had to "forget" devices in the iOS Bluetooth settings and then re-pair them to get them to reconnect. This rarely happens with AirPods.2. If you use them to switch between devices (e.g. iPad and then iPhone) you will experience even more connection issues. The only solution I've found is to "forget" them and reconfigure them on each device when switching between them. They are very difficult to insert into the ears without touching the touchpad. This means if you plug both in first you might have problems, and if you take one out and try to plug it in later, same thing (pause/resume music etc.). I tried all the earbuds that came with it. None of these fit properly and after a while (1-2 hours on the plane) my ears started to hurt and I had to take them out for relief. The app really is terrible and not worth fiddling with except to adjust the equalizer and transparency (but that could be done via the bluetooth interface like in Beats Studio where you can adjust noise reduction/unmute). 6. Several times I couldn't adjust the headphone volume using the iPhone volume controls. Not only did this require re-pairing, it also required a factory reset of the headphones. The earbuds didn't even respond to volume changes in the app. All in all I wish I had tried them before spending $350 - together these issues completely ruin the product and I'd happily return them for a refund.
