I was supposed to have a tagged gun at work the ones they gave me were stolen so I was looking for a gun no one else has. I received this item yesterday, the needle broke in the labeling gun. No problem, I'll just stick another needle in. I come into work this morning and go to the marker, the needle shoots across the room as soon as I pull the pen. I'll try sticking another needle in and getting it to work but so far it's not working properly.
