Ignore the shirt size. I wear size XL but the size on the shirt is 3xl. The difference in size is indicated in the description of the shirt. The shirt fits just like the XL shirt. The shirt itself is decent and comfortable, but I can get it in almost any shirt. The reason I bought this shirt was because of the pocket and the patches. They are not in the middle of the arm but closer to the back of the sleeve. This makes access to the bag difficult. When the patches are attached to the Velcro, they are positioned towards the back of the hand. I've worn a uniform my entire adult life and to be honest the placement of the patches/pocket drives me crazy. That's the reason for the 2 stars, otherwise the shirt probably has 4 stars.
