Extremely warm - I wear them running outdoors in 20 degree winds and 15 mph and my bottom half is perfectly comfortable. POCKETS ON TWO SIDES - how has nobody thought of that before?! There is also a small zippered pocket on the back for keys. The only criticism is that the thighs are a little tight. (Small size, 105 pounds). I also have them in medium size and they fit better on the hips but are too big in the waist so I have to fold the belt once. Maybe just my legs.
