Review on Wireless Headphones JBL Live 300 TWS, purple by Felicja Kula ᠌

The product is working, I will not repeat it for sure.

For a very long time, my go-to headphones have been TWS models. I needed one with touch-enabled controls for skipping tracks and adjusting the volume. In 2022, the only headphones that met both my price and feature requirements were Samsung Galaxy Buds, whose manufacturer I had had a strained relationship with for quite some time. When I saw the JBL Live 300 on sale, I felt compelled to buy it, but I was more disappointed than pleased by its performance. The headphones are quite "bulky" and noticeable in the ears, yet they stay there regardless of which way I tilt my head. The built-in microphone reliably transmits speech without adding background noise or distorting your message. Subway riders can enjoy rather high levels of noise isolation, with gadgets' maximum volumes set to between two-thirds and the full extent of their capabilities. The audio is likewise of high quality. Also, you have six hours of working time before and after each trip. The negatives. It's annoying having to use touch controls. Even if track changes go off without a hitch, adjusting the volume is a pain because swipes aren't recognized properly and you have to resort to "dancing with a tambourine." Based on user feedback, we know that swiping should be done with dry hands, above or below the JBL logo, and with the tip of a finger. But even if you do all of that, and even if you pretend for a second that you're running, the horrible control panel will still interpret one of your ten swipes as a tap and either pause the music or change the song. After listening to music for a few hours, your ears will start to hurt. I tried all of the included pads and ear cushions and didn't see a significant change. The cover isn't very sturdy, the top is always coming off, and there's no indication of battery life. Well, here's a rerun of the issue: the case is empty, so you can't use the headphones whenever and wherever you'd like without first finding a power source. Ultimately, I took the headphones back to the seller because of the most recent issue, which was likely a fault.

Pros
  • A.I., High-Quality Audio, Touch Screen Interface, Built-In Microphone Excellent acoustic isolation; snug fit in the ear canals
Cons
  • Having trouble adjusting the volume, a flimsy case cover, no battery indicator, painful use, and a lack of customization options for the gesture controls are all drawbacks.
