I had to glue
The first one you ordered was broken. The "T" piece has been torn off at the top. I returned it and got another one sent for free. In the end it was missing the mounting screw and washer to attach the rack tube to the base. Once assembled I had to glue the pieces together to make them strong enough to hold a towel. I wanted something that big, so we made it. Beware of this product.
