Most likely a kindergarten finger painting project.
This is not a rustic serving trolley with a remote control. Looks like a kindergartener got doused in white paint. I mean seriously. The "rustic" detailing in the removed portion of the holder could have easily been made with some paint and child labor. I am very disappointed in this purchase. Looks awful and feels cheap. I guess that's what I get for only $17 or $18. Lesson learned.
