I've been looking for technical shorts for a long time. I used to love Bass and Co.'s shirts, but now they're hard to come by. Luckily, the Wrangler was there to take up the slack. Unlike the Columbia PFG shirts, these shirts have a slimmer fit. Now I'm not a skinny guy but they still fit well. Your mileage may vary. The material is thin but not transparent, the buttons on the sleeves have reinforcement on the left side and the buttons on the front have a reinforced stripe. Still malleable but just a little extra stiffness to keep everything looking sharp. The rear vent works well for cooling. ATG could have used a more open mesh for better ventilation. They also dry quickly. The only thing that worries me is the personal. You need to move the sleeve locking button up a little more. The sleeve stays below the elbow. I think it would be better if it rolled up just above the elbow. Overall very good value for money. I liked them so much that I immediately ordered a whole series. Highly recommended.
