I thought a $10 US made brass buckle belt would be a good item at a good price. But the buckle isn't brass, it's brass. and the coating started peeling off the buckle the first time I put it on. The back of the buckle is almost entirely covered in silver, and the wear line between the plating and the base metal slides down the edges of the buckle toward the face. Dishonest listing. Very disappointed.
