People prone to acne, please read this!

I have adult cystic acne and my skincare routine can be a little intense. To combat some of the dryness and redness I was experiencing I decided to give this moisturizer a try because I love Neutrogena and regularly use their daily moisturizer for sensitive skin. As I applied it to my face, I felt a familiar texture in it and stopped immediately. I checked the ingredients and saw that the second ingredient was dimethicone. Dimethicone is silicone. Silicones adhere to skin in a slick layer, trapping your skin's natural oils, leading to clogged pores and breakouts. And that's the second ingredient! I should have read the ingredients before purchasing and that was my fault. My problem is that the listing and packaging says the moisturizer is non-comedogenic when it isn't true! There are other reports of people breaking out. I'm sure if you have normal skin this product is fine. However, if you are prone to acne, avoid this product.
