These are very well made pillows. They come with a main cover and another cover made of fine cotton with zips and borders that can be washed regularly. The pillow is filled with cluster foam, similar to my branded pillow. The label warned of a possible foam smell, but I didn't find that on either of our pillows. Now comes the problem: the cushions are filled to the seams with foam rubber and are quite firm. It took me a while to get used to the pillow, but I found that the pillow does what it says on the tin, which is to wrap around your head to support it. I haven't woken up with a headache since using it. My husband hates the pillow. He says it's too hard and too big and wakes up with a sore throat. Different foam for different people. I'll put his pillow in the living room and buy him a softer one.
