Like everyone else, I spend many hours a day in front of a phone or computer screen. I wanted to buy something like these glasses to reduce eye fatigue and possible long term effects. I admit I was a bit skeptical. But the glasses are great! I gave one pair to my wife and I use the other and we both immediately noticed the difference. Less strain on the eyes and even a noticeable relief when falling asleep. I can only recommend these glasses!
