(random clicks or double clicks) 1* - Attempt to clear the mouse's memory: - maintain constant pressure on the left mouse button during the entire process. - Turn off the mouse, and then turn it back on. - while continuing to press and hold the left button, quickly push the right button five times - finally, let go of the left button Be certain that the device in question can establish a connection to the computer without the assistance of any extension cables or hubs, and that there are no other wireless devices in the area that are capable of producing a stronger signal. 2* - In an effort to rid the mouse of static electricity, do the following: first, connect the receiver to a different USB port; then, - 1. Ensure that the mouse is turned off, and then remove the battery. 2. Keep pressing all of the mouse buttons for anywhere between 30 seconds and 1 minute. Any static energy that may have built up inside the gadget will be eliminated as a result of this action. 3. Place the battery back into the mouse, and then power it on. 4. Hold off for a few moments until the device successfully connects to the receiver. The mouse will work wonderfully if you follow these instructions.
