The stair saver was a great purchase for our 5 wheeler camper. This is the second we have bought. Not because the first one was bad, but we'd like to use one on each side of the step, not in the middle as shown in the picture. My husband is a big guy and we still felt that his footsteps gave out a bit. Two made it. I like the sturdiness of the item and the ease of function. I'm usually the one who sets it up. We have to put down a small flat board because you never know what terrain we will be on. gravel, grass, asphalt. If you feel your steps give way a little as you enter the motorhome, you won't be disappointed!
