Ordered two cameras and both cameras arrived without instructions. they really work! WHY? Because there is no power cord, adapter and manuals. I bought 2 cameras, none of them have a power cord, adapter and instructions! We also pointed out numerous deliveries to bring everything to the back of the house, into the fenced yard to the back door where there is an entrance hall. Please leave all supplies there because unfortunately there are thieves everywhere and too many things have "gone" off our porch. How difficult it is to follow simple shipping instructions. Repeatedly, our expensive belongings were left open on the porch. Too bad we ship an average of 5 to 10 items a week. This comes from an independent delivery driver for UPS and FedEx.
