Oh my god this is such an amazing idea and I'm not an electronics expert I don't know if it was just a coincidence or a one off event. In any case, it is DANGEROUS, especially for the elderly, diabetics or people who have problems with sensory disturbances in their hands. Here is our experience: I bought it for my adult daughter who has to be outside in the cold every day. She loved it for the first two days! On the third day, she turned it on and then returned indoors to pour herself a cup of coffee. That's all. After about a minute she was SO HOT that it was very hot when she put the first glove on, but she continued with the second. She put her hand halfway through and then realized it was actually burning 🔥. The small heating pad inside partially melted to a liquid state but otherwise fused to itself with her fingers inserting the fibers into the burned areas! Absolutely weird! As a retired nurse, I cringe at the thought of a little grandma wearing them, or a diabetic, or SOMETHING!
