Damaged, when it arrives it is the beginning of a disaster

If it goes, it weaves soon after its arrival, you will definitely lose it, it will not be long, it will fall apart if you get it. I have bought more of these cords and I like them. You just can't start untangling the cord. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT AND WANT TO REPLACE THIS ITEM.
