I am very disappointed with this item. I bought a school dress for my daughter the first day, but it was sewn so cheaply that the buttons almost fell off when I washed it. I'm afraid to send her to school in it, she might just unbutton since the buttons were unbuttoned. I will definitely return this. My daughter is very distraught, unfortunately I gave it to her before inspecting it thoroughly. I do not recommend buying this. Looks nice but is very cheap. All buttons hardly hold due to loose threads. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 because of the excellent customer service. They responded to my review in about an hour and offered a replacement or refund. I don't know, I've never experienced such outstanding customer service.
